Knorr Professional Beef Broth Jelly has a rich taste. The broth is beautifully balanced and surprisingly close to home-made, a good basis for various preparations. For example, as a basis for soup, for poaching or for preparing risotto. Because the Knorr Professional Beef Stock is so clear, it can also be used as a consommé. The jelly has a strong taste, gives dishes a boost and is free from flavor enhancers, artificial colors and preservatives.
